Why Get Involved with Leaders of Impact?

Leaders of Impact offers you the opportunity to forge a lasting legacy in the fight against heart disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. Join a nationwide network of passionate, competitive and influential leaders committed to driving meaningful change.

Each year, a select group of changemakers across the country is nominated to participate in this signature fundraising competition. Over seven weeks, nominees rally their networks to form an Impact Team, set bold goals and take action—educating their communities, advocating for health and raising essential funds to support the lifesaving work of the American Heart Association.

At the end of the campaign, the nominee whose network makes the greatest impact in each market will be named the local Leaders of Impact winner. The nominee who drives the largest impact nationwide will be named the National Leaders of Impact Winner.
